Logistic Opportunities Fund I Successfully Transforms its Heyrieux Asset into a Modern Logistics Hub
In 2021, Logistic Opportunities Fund I acquired a 10,720 sqm industrial property in Heyrieux. By the end of 2024, the site was successfully transformed through a comprehensive modernization project, enhancing its functionality, sustainability, and market appeal.
The redevelopment expanded the property to 11,749 sqm, creating independent, customized spaces for two tenants: long-term occupant Aubert & Duval and new tenant CS Métaux, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal. Key upgrades included separate vehicle flows, improved access points, and new storage areas, ensuring operational efficiency.
With modernized façades and a BREEAM “Very Good” certification, the project underscores its commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.
This successful transformation positions the Heyrieux site as a flexible, sustainable light-industrial hub tailored to meet the demands of a dynamic industrial and logistics market.
